A glove packing machine prepares a counted group for a sealed bag or dispenser box. For examination gloves, separation and arrangement before closing determine the required equipment. A flow wrapper wraps prepared bundles; loading a dispenser carton must also preserve the intended glove withdrawal.
For initial budgeting, a flow-wrapping platform is USD 5,000 to 25,000 and a retail cartoner USD 25,000 to 80,000, with glove counting and arrangement specified separately. Counting, loading and closing for one examination-glove and box format has an indicative range of USD 40,000 to 120,000. Comwin selects the operations from your glove samples and finished pack.

Choose the route by how the gloves are sold and dispensed
Counted glove bundles in flow wrap
Use a horizontal wrapper for prepared bundles sold in a film bag. The gloves must enter in a stable arrangement, with fingers and cuffs kept away from the sealing area. Product support and spacing matter because thin gloves can spread or fold during transfer.
Manual bundle preparation can suit short orders and several glove types. Before adding automatic counting, trial the glove finish, thickness and tendency to stick. Completing a bag seal does not verify the glove count.

Glove dispenser box loading
For boxes with a dispensing opening, define both the quantity and the arrangement inside the carton. A counting and stacking operation prepares a group for insertion; controlled loading keeps gloves clear of carton flaps and maintains the intended withdrawal pattern.
A project specifying 100 gloves per carton should be tested at that count, across the selected glove sizes. Specify whether the upstream interface receives separated gloves, paired gloves or already counted stacks. Each starting condition changes the machinery scope and replenishment work.

Control glove counts, transfer and dispensing
| Packing problem | Matched equipment or configuration | How it responds and what to check | Applicable product |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gloves adhere and counts become unreliable | Validated separation and counting arrangement | Test low and high supply, overlap and the actual surface finish; check counts independently. | Thin nitrile or latex examination gloves |
| A cuff reaches the sealing jaws | Bundle support and controlled spacing | Challenge the largest glove size and restart after a paused transfer. | Bagged glove bundles |
| Gloves are hard to withdraw from the box | Defined stacking and insertion pattern | Open finished boxes and evaluate withdrawal after handling and transport simulation. | Dispenser cartons |
| Upstream discharge overwhelms the packer | Accumulation and agreed transfer controls | Define full-buffer, empty-buffer and stopped-machine behaviour. | Production-line integration |
Bagged gloves, dispenser cartons and line connections
| Production situation | Finished pack | Starting route | Configuration inputs |
|---|---|---|---|
Mixed short runs with hand-prepared bundles![]() | Clear film bag | Supported flow wrapper | Glove sizes, bundle thickness and cuff clearance Automate preparation only after separation trials. |
Repeated examination-glove carton![]() | Dispenser box | Count, arrange, insert and close | Count, withdrawal pattern and carton dimensions Assess withdrawal as well as box appearance. |
| Connection to a glove production line | Specified bag or dispenser box | Packing route plus controlled transfer | Incoming product state, variation and stop signals |
Glove preparation and packaging replenishment
| Production mode | Operator work | Changeover implications | Acceptance focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manual bundle or box preparation | Operator separates, counts and loads | Flexible for glove changes; counting depends on the work method | Independent count and withdrawal checks |
| Powered wrapping or cartoning with prepared groups | Operator supplies counted groups | Bag/carton change parts selected for each group | Glove clearance and stable transfer |
| Integrated glove preparation and packing | Operators replenish packaging and handle exceptions | Counting and stacking setup changes with the glove | Good boxes over sustained running, including stoppages |
Glove materials, cleanliness and sterile-pack requirements
Send gloves in their normal production condition with the proposed bag or carton. Nitrile, latex and cotton differ in friction, stiffness and handling. Trial work gloves separately from examination gloves, and specify size changes and cleanliness during accumulation.
Sterile surgical glove packaging is a separate barrier and process-validation task. An ordinary flow-wrap bag or dispenser carton does not establish sterility. Medical masks and liquid-filled cosmetic sheet masks also need their own feeding and sealing assessment; their production or sterilisation is not implied by a glove packing quotation.
Glove packing equipment prices
These planning ranges concern new equipment supplied from China for a defined product and format. Product preparation, extra formats, freight, taxes, overseas installation and site work are excluded unless expressly listed. Equipment additions and commercial terms are settled in the formal quotation. Special product-contact, safety or environmental requirements can change the scope.
| Equipment scope | Planning budget | Range applies to | Items to define separately |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flow wrapping prepared glove groups | USD 5,000 to 25,000 | Selected wrapper for one defined bundle | Automatic separation, counting and upstream stripping |
| Retail cartoning platform | USD 25,000 to 80,000 | One defined box and prepared product group | Glove-specific counting, stacking and insertion tooling |
| Examination-glove counting and box loading | USD 40,000 to 120,000 | One glove family, one carton format and agreed count/arrangement | Upstream glove manufacture/stripping, sterile barrier validation and extra sizes |
Calculate glove flow from complete-box output
For an illustrative requirement of 600 boxes containing 100 gloves each in 120 available minutes, the finished demand is 5 boxes per minute and 500 gloves per minute. The counting and arranging stage must sustain that glove flow while replenishment and stoppages are included. A cartoner cycle rate alone does not establish the result.
For a target of 6 to 8 boxes per minute at 100 gloves per carton, trial complete boxes at that count. Request a continuous video showing count checks, carton supply, replenishment and recovery, then compare good boxes per available shift. For another model, use its scope list or model sheet to compare counting, stacking and closing at the same workload.

Questions to settle before ordering
Can glove packing connect to the manufacturing line?
If the incoming glove state, orientation and discharge variation are defined, a transfer and buffer arrangement can be assessed. Confirm who supplies separation or stripping before comparing integrated-line prices.
Can one system pack 100 gloves per carton?
For that carton count, use the actual glove sizes and finished box in the trial. The arrangement and insertion load must be validated together; a count setting alone is insufficient.
Can the glove packing machine produce sterile surgical packs?
If a sterile product is required, start with its specified barrier and validated process. The examination-glove routes here do not by themselves provide that capability.
Should a cotton-glove manufacturer use the same configuration?
If cotton gloves form stable bundles, flow wrapping may be suitable after a sample trial. Their greater bulk and friction need different guides and may need a different preparation method.
Get a proposal for your glove bag or dispenser box
Send glove and finished-pack photos or samples, the fill or count, and the output you need. For the equipment proposal, include:
