The DCFT566 is a fully – automatic laminating equipment for medium – to – large – size CVL (Coverlay Film, hereinafter referred to as CVL). It can meet the entire process of automatic loading and unloading of CVL and FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit, hereinafter referred to as FPC), dust removal of FPC/CVL, release paper peeling (hereinafter referred to as film peeling), and the heating and pre – pressing process. The FPC uses a carrier for stacking materials, and the CVL adopts a sheet – type material loading mode. Visual correction is used for alignment. The CVL loading manipulator and the FPC loading manipulator both adopt servo modules. For film peeling, FPC and CVL laminating, a DD motor plus a lead – screw module is used. It can automatically complete the whole process from CVL dust removal, film peeling to pre – laminating.
