This machine is suitable for the inspection and sorting of aluminum-cased battery cells in various specifications. It features weight checking, insulation testing, dimensional inspection, and voltage-resistance testing. It seamlessly integrates with individual production machines, such as charge-discharge cabinets, OCV testers, and DCR testers, as well as the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), to automatically acquire battery data for K-value calculations. Batteries are then sorted based on a combination of parameters including capacity, voltage, internal resistance, and K-values. The sorted batteries are automatically grouped, with all testing data and information related to grouping (including battery barcodes, tray barcodes, battery count, sorting parameters, and slot numbers) being stored in a PC database and uploaded to the MES. Customizable sorting requirements can be accommodated based on customer needs.
