The e-paper series is tailored for existing market production of 1″~6”, 5″~10.3″, and 7″~17.3″ electronic labels and e-book products. When the entire line is fully equipped, it can achieve fully automatic production processes such as FPL lamination – terminal cleaning – COG bonding – FOG bonding – automatic FPC feeding – particle AOI – PS lamination – EC frame dispensing + RTV dispensing, etc.
The lamination equipment mainly corresponds to the FPL and PS lamination processes, capable of fulfilling automatic feeding, visual CCD alignment, and post-lamination precision inspection functions.
