The DCFT55 is a fully automatic integrated roll – to – sheet laminating machine. The equipment is compatible with both roll – type Coverlay Film (CVL) feeding and sheet – type Coverlay Film (CVL) feeding. It is also compatible with Coverlay Films that are either laser – cut or die – punched. For FPC, it features automatic sheet – type loading and unloading.
When using roll – type Coverlay Film (CVL) for feeding, the processes include semi – cutting, cleaning, peeling off the PI film, alignment, laminating, and inspection. When using sheet – type Coverlay Film (CVL) for feeding, the processes involve the loading suction cup, peeling off the release paper, alignment, laminating, and inspection.
Optional function: There is a risk of waste residue in laser cutting. The laminating process will be carried out after the linear scanning camera detects the waste.
