Introduction
  • Automatic classification machine: double material feeding on the table (feed + pending), line scanning machine recognizes material (part number, cycle time, QR code, cross out), automatic paper separation, separator board, automatic weighing, automatic strapping and automatic printing of internal label code (this design can effectively prevent mixing and improve efficiency).
  • Automatic scanning, reading the QR code on each board, and transmitting the information to the printer to print the inner label.
  • Automatic placetemperature cards and desiccants: Desiccants are available in roll or sheet form.
  • Fully automatic bagging vacuum machine: automatically scan the QR code of the incoming material to determine the size of the PE bag, optional pre-made bag / online bag making.
  • Automatic carton opening machine: automatically forms the carton and seals the bottom, and is sent by the conveyor line to the packing personnel for use.
  • Manually scan the code and pack the box with filler, scanthe codeaccording to the set number of packing bags, overload/underload/mixed packing alarm, and upload the scanned information to MES.
  • Automatically weigh, recheck, record the weight and send it to the label system.
  • Automatic carton sealing machine: adapts to different sizes and specifications of cartons and automatically completes the T-shaped carton sealing.
  • The overall equipment is equipped with a connection port to the customer’s MES system, enabling data upload/download, ERP capacity statistics, and label traceability control.
  • The entire line requires only 1-2 people to operate, and it effectively prevents mixing, overloadand underload, process control, process traceability, etc., and achieveefficient and high-quality automatic production.
